When returning a K-9 Callus Cuff
You may return the K-9 Callus Cuff as long as it’s clean of dog’s hair and not damaged in any way. Once we receive the K-9 Callus Cuff we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund. There is a $3.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your K-9 Callus cuff. Shipping costs are non-refundable.. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to return the K-9 Callus cuff for a different size. You my reorder online. Please, if you are unsure of what size to get, remeasure or feel free to call our customer service number for help in ordering. Measurements are crucial for a perfect fit. All of these cuffs are made to order so as soon as you reorder I will start sewing! Please watch the our video on measuring.
